Our Legal Agreement
Parent / Cricket Childcare Contract and Termination Procedures
Parent will sign a Contract with Crick Childcare Services. This contract may be terminated by giving 2 weeks written notice before the ending date of the service.
Payment by the Parent / Legal Guardian
Is due for the notice period whether or not child is brought to the provider for care.
The Provider May Terminate The Contract
Without prior or any notice or it may provide 2 weeks in advance written notice. Failure by the provider to enforce one or more terms of the contract does not waive the right of the provider to enforce any other terms of the contract.
By Signing This Contract, the Parent / Legal Guardian
Agrees to abide by the written policies of the Provider. The Provider may amend the Polices by giving the Parent/ Legal Guardian a copy of the new or changed policies at least 14 days or 2 weeks before they go into effect.

Overtime Rates
- For the purpose of this agreement, overtime will be considered as drop-off before 5AM and after 6PM.
- If the Parent / Legal Guardian has not informed the Provider, the child may stay overtime at the following rate. $ / hour.
- If the Parent / Legal Guardian has not informed the Provider that he or she will be arriving earlier or later than the agreed-upon times, the following rate will be charged. $ Per ... or portion thereof.
Additional Fees
Registration Frees, Bounced-Check Free, Late Payment Fees, Damage Caused by Children, Etc.
Rate Regarding Holidays, Vacations, and Other Absences
- The following are paid Holidays, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas. See Federal Holidays.
- Charges related to Provider's scheduled vacations are. Parent will pay regular weekly rate for any parent vacation.
